What you will find here
This site is dedicated to the art and science of building, breaking, and automating enterprise-grade data center architectures. For me, networking is more than just passing packets—it is about designing the critical nervous system that enables modern software-defined data centers.
VMware has been one of my core passions for the last 2 decades. Whether you are a fellow home-labber, a cloud architect, or just someone curious about the world of network engineering and VMware Tecnology you are in the right place.

VMware Cloud Foundation
VMware Cloud Foundation 9 (VCF 9) represents a major evolution in how enterprises build and manage their private clouds. Released under Broadcom’s stewardship, VCF 9 was fundamentally re-architected to break down traditional IT silos. It acts as a unified platform designed to give organizations the rapid agility and self-service feel of a public cloud, paired strictly with the security, performance, and cost-control of on-premises infrastructure.

Networking
I am a passionate Network Engineer who views infrastructure not just as cables and configurations, but as the critical nervous system of modern technology. My expertise bridges the gap between physical access and enterprise virtualization, seamlessly integrating the user-friendly reliability of Ubiquiti UniFi for edge connectivity with the flexible, command-line power of VyOS for robust routing. I extend this foundation into the data center with VMware Cloud Foundation (NSX), orchestrating complex, software-defined networks that ensure security and agility. This hands-on experience across the entire stack—from the physical switch port to the virtualized overlay—demonstrates my commitment to continuous learning and my ability to design versatile, high-performance network architectures.”

Home Lab
My technical expertise is forged in a sophisticated, multi-tier home lab that simulates enterprise-grade data center architectures. I architected a physical underlay using Ubiquiti UniFi for reliable switching and BGP peering, which supports a robust virtualized core running vSphere and VyOS. To master modern software-defined networking, I deploy VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and NSX environments.
This continuous experimentation bridges the gap between physical hardware constraints and cloud agility, ensuring I bring tested, architectural experience to complex production challenges.”
